Venue Features

Access to the private twenty-four acre property from Friday at 1pm to Sunday at 1pm are included in your package. The hall is 90x42' featuring a 10' overhang for extra space. Built into the hall is five sunshine doors. Four sunshine doors are facing the pond and one larger door facing the ceremony area. On one side of the hall is the outdoor self-serve granary bar for your guests after the ceremony and the other side is the ceremony site. The ceremony site is a large green space surrounded by willows with ample space for up to 180 people. We supply an arch, signing table, décor and wooden seating benches for you. 

The three guest cabins are also included in your package. There are two smaller cabins that can sleep up to four people (two double beds in each). The cabins are also furnished with a sofa, mirror, refrigerator, microwave, and wood burning fireplace. They share a shower-house with warm running water and toilet approximately 25' from the cabin's front door. The large cabin is equipped with what the bridal party needs to get ready: mirrors, salon style lighting, salon chairs, and a refrigerator. It also has its own separate shower-house and washroom located directly beside the cabin. The cabins both have access to Wi-Fi. Everything you need to prepare for the big day. 

Group camping is included at Riverside Retreat. The lower larger has multiple serviced stalls and room for extra un-serviced units. There are three stalls more conveniently located between the hall and large cabin as well (power only). The lower larger camping area includes two washrooms with running water and one with a shower. Units wanting to run air conditioning must bring a generator, sites are serviced for basic power only.

The hall interior. We supply two licensed bartenders that will serve you and your guests on Saturday from 4pm to 1am. You supply the refreshments, cups, limes, ice etcetera and we serve them at whichever price you determine. We also have a large cooler to store your food and beverages in as well as a deep freeze for ice. The linens and centerpieces you choose ahead of time will be placed for you before you arrive. We also have a variety of small décor available for you to choose and decorate with however you see fit. The interior of the hall also has free access to Wi-Fi.

McCormick tractor will deliver your guests to and from the parking lot as well as tour them around the property while your photographs are taken. We supply the driver Saturday until your reception begins. The McCormick rides does come at an extra cost but is most certainly a blast for all of your guests.

Access to onsite buildings that add options and convenience to your weekend stay. Our extra outdoor washroom with attached gazebo and outdoor sink gives you another option for a shaded snack area or quiet place to enjoy the pond.
